Valley Towing Products Partners with Revstone Industries LLC

Valley’s management team is pleased to announce that they have entered into a partnership agreement with Revstone Industries LLC (www.revstone.com). Under this agreement, Valley will become part of REM-Tec, Revstone’s aftermarket group of businesses, continuing to conduct business under the name of Valley Towing Products.
While the details of the deal remain private, the terms are favorable for Valley. In this partnership, the existing management team will remain in place. This includes George Caplea, President and CEO; Richard Marsden, CFO; Larry Fisher, VP-Sales & Marketing; Chris Fudala, VP-Engineering & Brian Rishell, VP-Global Sourcing & Purchasing. The partnership with Revstone will provide a solid platform for Valley to move forward in its quest for increased market share in the towing arena. “At Valley, we recognize our customers as one of our most important assets. This partnership will enhance our ability to grow and improve our business while focusing on our relationships with our customers” states Fisher.
Moving forward, the goals at Valley are clear. Valley strives to perform at a very high level, and will continue to provide a very customer-focused hitch and towing accessory business. Growth plans will continue to revolve around joining forces with the best possible customer partners. Marketing plans remain unchanged; Valley has no desire to act as a distributor or to compete with customers, nor will Valley be positioned on the internet selling direct to consumers. Valley continues its dedication to manufacturing and supplying the highest-possible quality towing products at competitive price levels, coupled with top-shelf service and distribution, all reinforced by solid marketing and customer-service support.
